As much as I would have loved to leave a great review, unfortunately, I was not happy with my overall experience. The movers themselves were great they worked hard and did a good job. However, there were several administrative issues. There was a discrepancy regarding the scheduled arrival time. When I brought it to the attention of the person responsible for confirming the appointment, I was assured that the time I understood would be confirmed with the crew and that there would be no issue. However, the crew arrived at a different time. I was also supposed to receive a call before their arrival, but they called the wrong number, so I never received that notice. Additionally, I was quoted approximately $1,200 for the job. Once the movers arrived and assessed the project, I was told the actual cost would be nearly double. This made it clear that the job had not been estimated accurately. As a result, the project was left unfinished, which put me in a difficult position and did not reflect well in front of my client. While I appreciated the movers themselves, I was ultimately disappointed by the communication, inaccurate estimate, and overall handling of the project.
